Can you add remote for videos

Would be great if you added a feature to play/stop/pause videos (movies and tv shows) also. It would be practical to use your iPhone to control your iPad plugged on a TV set. If you do this it would be a first since I have not found any other app that could do this (without using AirPlay and Appel TV or home sharing).
